REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
- All banking charges must be borne by the participants. The amount of bank charges will not be
inclusive in the official receipt of the conference.
- The registration fee cannot be refunded for any reasons caused by the delegates.
- All travelling expenses will be borne by presenters and participants.
- An official invoice can be requested by emailing to info@wesc-conference.org. Please state
your
Paper ID number in the email.
Note : Payment can be through debit cards and credit cards. Acceptable
credit cards are including Visa, Master, and Discover.
Conference Cancellation Policy
- If a registrant is unable to attend Conference for any reason he/she may substitute, by
arrangement with Conference team at gpc-conf@qu.edu.qa
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another
person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
- Registrations cancelled more than 20 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the
registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled less than 20 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the
registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled less than 10 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- Registrations from authors cancelled as a result of a paper not being accepted will be
refunded 100% of the registrations fees.
- Cancellations from authors made after a failed visa application will be refunded 100% of the
registrations fees. In this event, the paper will still be published in the conference
proceedings and delegates will receive an electronic/mailed copy of the proceedings.
- Cancellations from non-authors made after a failed visa application will be refunded 100% of
the registrations fees.
Refunds will be made in the following ways:
- For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
- For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account.
